The Greatest Things: The Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials

The Scorch Trials came out last week and I just had to catch it the day it was screened. It was a Wednesday. I was that impatient and excited! This was actually my first time watching a movie the day it came out. I usually don't because there are just too many people catching it and seats are not available. So I watched it (I forced my fiancé along) at a cinema where not many will go to. It is actually near my workplace, so I think people don't really go there due to inaccessibility of transport.

Anyway...

Are you ready for Scorch?

I thought I was, but I thought wrong.

Scorch Trials is pretty intense I must say. For those who have read the book, knows what to expect, but for those who haven't, it's actually good suspense. Of course, with movies out of books, you don't expect for the story line to stay true to the book. There are bound to be differences here and there. So putting your hopes and expectations too high is just not a good thing.

Be it the story is as similar or different from the book or not, I actually like where the story is going! 2 hours seem to just pass by just like that and I wanted more of it. The sadness and anger can be felt in this one, it's pretty emotional. Nevertheless, awesome job done by the cast and crew on this!
