Hello everyone, how are you all doing this fine day? Good I hope? Recently, I have been into reading books. I have stopped reading for quite some time, I got too busy to read(excuses, excuses), which is pretty sad as I loved reading. The last book that I read, I am still halfway through reading and I have been on that book since middle of last year. It was the book Wicked. Yeah, that was how long I stopped reading. But, I am getting back on it, hopefully, to finish that book that I halfway read
Everyone has been talking about a book called The Fault In Our Stars. I am choosy with books as I don't really read a lot nowadays. So, I decided go give Fault In Our Stars a try, and I freaking teared up at the end of the book. Like, all these sad emotions just comes and there you go, crying over a book. Well, I pretty much expected this to happen before even starting to read the book. It was an emotional read. And now, I found out they were making a movie out of the book, yes, I know I'm a bit lacking behind. So I went on what you call a place for videos, YouTube, to watch this trailer, which I regret doing so, as I know very well that I am an impatient person. I can't wait to watch the movie. So much anticipation here. I hope the movie is as good as the book itself. I'm a simple person, so no matter how bad the movie is, I will still think that it's a good movie. They really follow the lines from the book, which made me smile throughout the trailer itself. The thing that I can't forget from the book is when Augustus Waters told Hazel Grace about the PET scan. He lit up like a Christmas tree. Sigh, my heart just sank when I read that line. I know, The Fault In Our Stars is definitely going to be good. I can feel it. Anyway, Shailene Woodley will star in the movie as well, so how can you not watch it. I love her in Secret Life, though as annoying as her character that she plays in is, she is a good actress. Which then brings me to Divergent. I told you, so much anticipation. I seriously cannot wait for Divergent. And no, I have yet to read the book, but I'm on it. Will get the book when I can.
I watched Carrie few days ago and let me tell you, it was good. See, I told you I am a simple person. I have seen bad reviews about the movie, but I really like it. And I saw a familiar face, the guy that was going to play Augustus in the movie. Well, I pretty much got a bit excited about it. To be fair, they kinda deserve what happened to them in prom. I mean, they were pretty hard on Carrie White. Not Tommy though, that's just sad. He did not deserve to die. A movie like this is probably not my thing to watch alone because I just get scared easily, but I forced myself to. And, this was an exception because I know it doesn't involve scary ghosts popping out of nowhere or and sound effects which gets louder as the ghosts appear or anything, just Carrie White, but, I still freaked a bit towards the end. She was pretty much killing people, how was I not scared. I feel sad for her though, she had a hard life in school. Everyone pretty much thinks she's a freak. In all honesty Carrie White, you are not a freak. You're just beautiful.
It's Friday today and I am happy as I am on half day leave today, and I'll be going over to Woodlands to finish up on the engagement decorations and all. I cannot wait for tomorrow! All the hard work to put it all together finally paid off! Hopefully, everything will run smoothly!
Have a nice weekend!
Till then,
XOXO
