Thank you for letting me go, I found the perfect man.

Recently, I came across an article that really opened up my mind. Not that I did not realise this in the beginning but somehow, it got to me. Yes, if you ask me, my previous relationship did not end off in a good mutual way. I was heartbroken. But now, thinking back, I feel very thankful that it actually ended. I got to meet the most amazing man in my life. Haziq. He has been there for me most of the time, cheering me up, bringing me out, making me fall in love over and over again with him. Anyway, the article that I read is actually a blog post by Juli Wilson. It's called 'To The Guy That Broke My Heart. I will link it below as well. It's actually a nice post to read up on.

I still remember clearly during my polytechnic days, I would pretend not to see him whenever I saw him standing there because I was just that shy to approach him and say Hi. We were just starting to communicate through text message so therefore face-to-face communication was scary to me. Though, I don't know if he saw me, that's a question that I have to ask him. Hehe. Now, I'm just thankful that I have him in my life and I know I can depend when I need him. I'm really excited to start a new life with him.

As some of you may know(pretend people are actually reading, when I'm pretty sure no one knows about this blog), the engagement is coming up. It is actually next week and I now began to realise we only have a week to finish up doing the gubahan and all. Panic mode. I don't know why I'm feeling the pressure and stress, it's not my engagement, it's his brother's engagement ceremony, probably because I have to help his mum and all. It's fun and everything is almost done and I am pretty happy with what I had prepared and decorated. Only concern is that the kain that we sent to the tailor to make out Baju Kurung, might not be done in time for the engagement. I'm hoping that the tailor can work her magic though. Because I really want to wear the Baju Kurung! I will try to snap some pictures of the things that are done. Some of it was hand made, some was sent to Malaysia for them to help us with the decorations. Although we are trying to be creative there are some things that we should leave it to the professionals. Hehe..

Hope you all are doing well, and spending more time with your loved ones during Valentines Day. And no, I do not celebrate Valentines, but to all of you out there, hope you'll have a great day!

Till then, XOXO
